Application Process
Candidates for the Scholarships apply for financial awards by completing an application and review process. The MENEMO Scholarship Fund advertises the availability of awards through a variety of media and promote each scholarship with the program administrators at the various schools that the Scholarship has been established in.
This online application becomes available on our website on January 1st each year. The deadline for completion is February 1st of that same year. Once completed, the applications are processed and delivered to the Scholarship Selection Committee.

STEP 1:
Please fill out the following fields:
- Full Name
- Address & Country
- Telephone
- Name of your School/Program
- Address of your School
STEP 2:
Please Upload the following documents
- Student ID or verification.
- Student Essay. Please address the reason why you are applying for the program and how you see yourself being an agent for positive social change now or in the future. That means, how will you use your career to affect change in your community or globally.
- Copy of your most recent academic transcript or student record.
STEP 3:
Upload a profile picture of yourself.
STEP 4:
Once you have verified all the information, then hit the “Submit” button.
Your application will reviewed and processed.

Scholarship Eligibility & Criteria
The scholarship is awarded to health professions students in low resource countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Caribbean. Applicants must be currently enrolled students perusing an educational program in a health-related profession. Applicants must demonstrate a financial need and be in good academic standing.
The Fund looks for applicants that have:
- A financial need
- Are active in their school and community
- Have strong educational and career goals
- Are self-motivated.
Students applying for these scholarships can attend any accredited college, university, vocational/technical school anywhere in the country and major in any health-related profession.
