Our History
The MENEMO Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Daniel F. Nguh, Dr. Nguh’s father who was an advocate for education and worked tirelessly to provide educational opportunities for his children, knowing that will be a gateway for their future. This scholarship fund continues the legacy of Daniel Nguh in a much broader and global scale. Founded on the belief that “to whom much has been given, much will be expected”, Dr. Nguh continues a lifelong tradition of giving back knowing that leadership is about impact, influence, and inspiration.
Advisory Board
“The difference between school and life? In school, you’re taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you’re given a test that teaches you a lesson.”
“Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another.”
“The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think — rather to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves, than to load the memory with thoughts of other men.”
“Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance.”
